He has been the Head Athletic Trainer at MacArthur High School for 15 years working with a variety of high school, collegiate and professional athletes. His wife is Kari Garza, OT and they have a daughter named Gavyn. |

David Stanley received his Bachelor of Science from Cameron University. He is licensed by the Oklahoma State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision and registered nationally by the National Athletic Trainers Association. David has worked with various local and area athletic teams as well as collegiate and professional teams. He has served as the head athletic trainer for Lawton High School for over 16 years. David is married to Tammy and they have one daughter, Talia, who is 13.

Dr. Rose Lepien, is a graduate of Parker Chiropractic College '91 where she currently is a trustee on the Board. She has served the Lawton/Fort Sill community with alternative health and wellness care, Chiropractic adjustments, therapy, rehab, decompression, nutrition, weight management for over 32 years. Dr. Rose has 2 great Associate Doctors, Dr. Jimmy Roggenbuck and Dr. Anthony Ferrara who all practice at Aaragon Chiropractic Clinic located at 1201 W. Gore Blvd. They may be reached at 580-353-6776. Kelly Harris R.T., has a degree in Radiologic Technology from Rose State College. He is the founder and president of Oklahoma Mobile X-ray in Lawton and is a volunteer with the training and medical staff. He works along with Dr. Howard Harper MD, to take care of the team’s diagnostic radiology needs. In addition to the Cavs, he has worked with OU, Cameron University, and many high school teams in southwest Oklahoma.
